Try animating the boss during the fight. This will add flavor to the mini game. Also add some more sound effects, like the sound of the missiles proppellers and the buzzing of the bugs wings.

I have to recommend you to work on programming. The boxes are not well defined, for instance I can walk on water sometimes. Jumping animations need some work too. Gravity needs to be revised.

About the water, you're just standing on something below the water. You don't die in shallow water, I'm assuming you're meaning the part with the sinking crate, and you're standing on it when its coming back up.

Also, what do you mean by the gravity being revised? Do you mean lowered or heightened?
