I like this game. The math operations add a simpler and more mechanical feel to the Sudoku game. You should add some music, maybe you should try for a random map generator next time.

My only comment is the big leap in games during the 90's era. You could have added some Final Fantasy or some newer IP like Pikmin. Also missing Shooters like Gradius. I think you need to make a second version with more games. 32 just dont make justice.
Get a loader and a menu
You need to load the images and stuff before the game starts it feels going to an inventory and seeing nothing. Also go over and make a menu its much more useful when you create a hub where the player can resort to find information about your game. Try including in the menu information like instructions and functions of the game. It is also a good idea to include a little about yourself, your background as flash developer and your experience with the developing of this particular ainmation.
awesome
this game is so awesome, excelently done!.
I wish there was a handheld version so that I can carry it and play whenever I want!
Need revising, all around
"Easy Flash Tutorial 05" by Danishx83 is a semi-interactive flash tutorial that targets beginning animators that are trying to teach themselfs how to animate on Macromedia Flash MX. The fifth installment in the series by the author covers the "insert" menu and gives an insight of every option in the menu. Danishx83 makes an effort to explain everything in detail.
I have found some issues trying to enjoy the tutorial. First the Flash Window image. I suggest the author consider changing the image he used for the Flash Window for something with better resolution as it's hard to understand even in expanded view. Second, add more images. I consider the tutorial needs more example images of the different options; say, when I click on layer what happens on the window I am working? What is affected and such could be easily explain with a couple of images. Third, explain a little more. I have found that you don't give enough info on the terms you use. Explainning the meaning of frame and scene among others could make the person reading the tutorial learn more fluently. I recommend adding a glossary of terms to solve this.
Last note; it's a good tutorial I am sure that when the author works through the issues it would be a better experience. Also, please consider grammar revising there are some obviuos grammar mistakes.

Thank you for such a detailed review,
I have actually saved it in file with me for my next tutorial, you shall see some of changes you mentioned in next if not all of them.
Thanks again.
A not so good game.
A poorly made game that lacks inspiration but is good enough for the site.
The game begins with you as an apparent soldier in the service of the US Army, as the title implies it is a tribute to the actual PC game America's Army (a free to download multiplayer FPS based and founded by the US government). The problem begins with actual tribute relation. The original PC game has you as an opperative of the Army in this flash game you merely get the idea that you are shooting a static duck hunt game. The experience lacks polish the controls, although respponsive, seem slow to how fast paced the targets go this makes the experience hardly enjoyable as you will not be getting much kills unless you get really deep into the game; which is unexpected. America's Army tribute features not so good animation and you get only a limited number of sprites to work with. The locations are well made, but the character sprites show the need for more time developing the game. Sound was fair with your regular gunshots and hurt sounds but seems like they could have used some more on both departments, a little voice over would have been nice at least for the shot.
In summary the America's Army tribute could easily be made inta an add for support of US Army recruiting and should not be taken as a seriuos game.

Poor game, very poor game
I have seen your other works here on NG and althought I wasn't expecting glory I did expect more.
{About the Game}
The game is a two player brawl to destroy a target in the level, be it a core or your opposing player. It has a quite simple instruction page (2 instruction pages actually) explaining what everything in the game does. It has a "Controls" page where you see the controls as explained in a key to function relationship. Choose start to be thrwon into the only stage with your opponent facing you. It's a simple two floors stage with all the targets in it and the health bars in the top. Once you destroy the core or beat your opponent (who forcely must be your friend as the game gives you no computer control option) your are presented with the victory screen, which is also the game over screen as there is no coming back from there. You are stuck in that screen until you choose to reset the game or close the window.
{Opinion on the game}
Personally i don't think a multiplayer game like this should exist, but of course the creation of the flash is the selection of the flasher. On with it, you should have done a better effort. The poor quality of graphics and character design, little or basically none sound effects, bad story, mixed with difficult controls that make the gameplay anoying is the formula for mediocrity. I say that the game have future if you work on the points of your flaws. Also work in a story. Believe it or not most games can be enjoyed more if the story grabs the player.
It is true that the game is an effort, but is just that an: effort. I am sure that you can do better.
Things to work on:
Make a history, give characters an existance and meaning.
Put on some good background music, add some jump sounds, some mechanic leg movement sound, be crative.
Work in the level design, I am going to go straight here, the level is bad. give details to every element in your environment, working for hours in a wall might not be your idea of fun, but the harder you work the better you will receive in return.
Control scheme, some people use laptops, most laptops don't come with a numpad, this makes the casual laptop gamer, hurt his hand with the Fn key, and Fn is not for fun. on the overall with the control scheme is good. I recommend you add a control customization menu to fix the control issues. Make controls be discretion to the player.

I hope your next proyect is better than this, which is not hard to make by the way.
A tutorial eh...
Here is my review for your tutorial.
Presentaiton: It had some sleeck parts... 6/10
Interface: Pause and advance buttons, continue for parts, wellly done. 8/10
Sound: Well you could have add some drawing sounds but I´ll give you half score because they weren´t actually necesary. 5/10
Music: Great music selection. I found it appropiate. 8/10
Graphics: Well you basically were showing me ho to draw so I´ll part from there and tell you that it needs some refining. 7/10
Art: Well you didn´t used much effects but you showed us some about shadows so I'll give you half score. 5/10
Overall (out of 10): 5/10
Clossing comments: Well I can´t give you more. Listen do some good job with the next one.
Good.
This is a good game.
Presentation: The whole game at first instance looks cool, and the extra missions, and save mode are great extras. It takes some time to get even with the controls though. 6/10
Gameplay: Well it gets a little confusing this shooter game, the game is based on shooting wich is cool but it is normally to hard to get a hit on the first machines. 7/10
Interface: The whole weapon selection screens is well done, and choose your own airplane is also good. I disliked not being able to fire at with the cursor, the cursor should have had a better role than just pointigng where the airplane would go. 5/10
Sound: Actually good sound, the airplane motor was sweet and the whole selection was appropiate too. Good sounds but a little lagged on some parts. 8/10
Graphics: Well done graphics. I see the airplanes designs were wellly done but I think that you should have given a litlle more style to the menus and backgrounds. 7/10
Replay Value: The extra issions and the ten levels give you a lot of replayability. 6/10
Overall (out of 10): 6/10
Closing Comments: Keep working.
I merely see the light.
I think I understand what this is all about. It is cool nut I think that the only good use is to have it in your computer as a download...
