I think this is underrated. I laughed a lot and the artwork and animations are solid.

I felt animation a little bit stiff, specially when characters are talking, it seems that a simple mouth animation is used.

I like the fanservice scenes.

Something that you might want to work on is the composition of your scenes. A little variety could go a long way and you seem to use a lot of full-shots when cowboy-shots or three-quarters might be more appropiate. In general not a fan of the group shots either, the execution of the triangle composition for example is way too cramped and some scenes have to much weight on some sides.

Liked the ending a lot. Very well animated and great use of effects.

Really loving the art. The story is a bit weak, but it has its ups and downs. Voice acting also needs some work.

PG-13 is most likely Teen. Newgrounds is not Youtube in that regard. I think you need more frames for some scenes. Also, not a fan of the jiggly camera, I do not think these simple static scenes need that.

Definetly a solid animation. Selected typefaces do bring it down, they are too generic. Try a site like Blambot or Iconian Fonts.

Animation needs to be more fluid. But I think you should work in developing your illustration style first.
