Art direction is not good. You should draw better. Try practicing a little bit more. Scenes and transitions are too stiff, make sure to read up on silhouttes and storyboarding for animations.

Well, there's no way you could've watched the whole thing already at the time of writing your comment. But still, fair.
Thanks for the criticism, I'm going to look into improving my transitions in the future.
I've also been looking up storyboarding so I can better exemplify scenes to my artists, so that's a really good tip. Thanks!

I felt animation a little bit stiff, specially when characters are talking, it seems that a simple mouth animation is used.

I like the fanservice scenes.

Something that you might want to work on is the composition of your scenes. A little variety could go a long way and you seem to use a lot of full-shots when cowboy-shots or three-quarters might be more appropiate. In general not a fan of the group shots either, the execution of the triangle composition for example is way too cramped and some scenes have to much weight on some sides.
